Physio

First physio assessment

A full hour to talk through what is going on, look at how you move and agree a plan.

  • 60 minutes
  • $120
  • With Maya or Theo
What happens
We ask about your history, your work and your routine. Then we watch how you move and use gentle hands-on checks. Your physio explains what they find in plain words, and you agree a plan together. Most people leave with two or three simple exercises.
How long
60 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early, so you can settle in.
Price
$120, paid after your visit
What to wear
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Shorts are useful for hip, knee and ankle visits.

Physio

Physio follow-up

A shorter visit to check in on your plan, adjust your exercises and keep things moving.

  • 45 minutes
  • $95
  • With Maya or Theo
What happens
We look at how the last week or two went and check your exercises. Your physio may add hands-on treatment where it fits your plan, then update your routine.
How long
45 minutes. Five minutes early is plenty.
Price
$95, paid after your visit
What to wear
The same as your first visit. Bring your exercise sheet if you have it.

For people getting back to running, court sports or the gym after time away.

  • 45 minutes

What happens
We look at how you run, jump or lift, often on the treadmill or in the studio. Then we build a gradual, step-by-step plan back to the activity you enjoy.

Price
$105, paid after your visit

One-to-one clinical pilates

Reformer and mat work shaped around your physio plan, with one instructor just for you.

  • $95
  • With Theo or Iris

Your instructor reads your physio notes first. The session moves at your pace on the reformer and the mat, with clear cues and plenty of time to ask questions.

  • With Iris
What happens
Classes stay small so the instructor can adjust each person. We ask everyone to have one one-to-one session first, so the instructor knows how to tailor the class for you.

Your first visit

What happens on your first visit

No clipboards in the waiting room and no rushing. Here is how it works, start to finish.

  1. Book online

Pick a session, a day and a time. Evening times on weekdays go first.

  2. Fill in a short form

We text you a short intake form before your visit, so you do not repeat yourself on the day.

  3. Talk and move

We listen first, then look at how you move. Ask anything you like.

  4. Leave with a plan

You go home with a clear plan and a few simple exercises to start with.

Not sure which session to choose? Start with a first physio assessment. We suggest what fits after that, with no pressure to book more.
