How the final fee is worked out
- Business type
- Self-employed adds nothing. Partnerships add $60 and companies $120 a month.
- Turnover
- From $0 under $100k, up to $260 a month over $1m.
- Transactions
- Essentials includes 50 a month, Growth 100 and Complete 150. Then $15 for each extra 25.
- Add-ons on Essentials
- Sales tax returns $45 a month. A personal tax return $25 a month. Both are included in Growth and Complete.
- Payroll
- $30 a month plus $6 a person on Essentials or Growth. Complete includes up to 10 people, then $6 a person.

03What is included

Your monthly fee covers the work in your package and the everyday questions around it. Anything larger is quoted before we start.

Ask as often as you like. Quick questions never add to your bill.
Software set-up in your name
We set up or tidy your accounting software. You own the account.

Upload receipts and statements from your phone or computer.
Reminders before every payment
You hear from us well before any tax or filing is due.
Catch-up work, quoted first
If your books are behind, we quote a one-off fixed fee before we start.
Special projects, quoted first
Selling a business or raising funds? We agree a separate fee in writing.
04Questions
Questions about fees and billing
How do you bill?
Monthly, by invoice. You can pay by bank transfer or direct debit. We never ask for card details on this site.
Can I change package later?
Yes. You can move up or down at the start of any month. We confirm the new fee in writing first.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You stay month to month and give 30 days' notice to leave. We hand over your records in full.
Why might my quote differ from the estimate?
The estimator uses typical figures. Several bank accounts, stock or late records can change the work involved. We explain any difference before you sign.
