Common questions about our services
Can I use just one service?
Yes. Packages are the simplest option, but you can book year-end accounts, a tax return or payroll on its own. We quote a fixed fee first.
Which accounting software do you work with?
We work with the main cloud accounting tools. If you have no software yet, we help you choose one and set it up in your own name.
Do you work with businesses outside Harbridge?
Yes. We meet by video call and share documents through a secure portal. Some clients never visit the office.
What if my books are behind?
We can catch up first. Catch-up work is quoted as a one-off fixed fee before we start, so you know the cost.
How do I send you receipts and documents?
Through a secure upload link or a phone app connected to your books. Paper is fine too, if you prefer it.
