What the £49 call-out covers
One call-out per visit, however many jobs we do while we are there. Each job then has its own fixed price.
Bigger parts, like a new tap or light fitting, are priced before we start. You can say no and only pay the call-out.

Answers to common questions
Do you charge for travel?
No. Travel is covered by the £49 call-out. There are no mileage or parking charges.
What if the job turns out to be bigger?
We stop, explain what we found and give you a new fixed price. You decide. If you say no, you only pay the call-out.
Can you come today?
For urgent problems, request an urgent callback and we will find the soonest time. For other jobs, the booking page shows every free window this week, including today.
Do you work on gas boilers?
No. We fix the water and electrical side of heating, such as pressure, valves, pipes and power. Gas parts need a gas engineer. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your local gas emergency number.
