Urgent problems

For a leak you cannot stop, sparks or no power, request an urgent callback. We take urgent calls from 7am to 10pm, 7 days. An urgent call-out is £95.

Smell gas?Leave the building now and call your local gas emergency number from outside. We do not work on gas.

After you book

We text to confirm
You get a text that confirms your arrival window during our opening hours.
We remind you the day before
Reply to the reminder if you need to move your window. There is no charge for that.
We text when we are on the way
Your engineer confirms the fixed price on arrival, before any work starts.
