Every visit has one £49 call-out, however many jobs we do. Each job then has a fixed price, and we confirm it before we start.

How our prices work
Three rules we always follow
One call-out per visit
The £49 call-out covers travel and the first look. Add as many jobs as you like to the same visit.
Standard parts are included
Washers, seals, fittings and cable are in the price. Bigger parts are priced up front.
The price is agreed first
If the job is bigger than booked, we explain and re-price it. You can say no and only pay the call-out.

Questions about our prices
Are there any extra charges?
No hidden charges. Travel is covered by the £49 call-out. There are no mileage or parking charges. The only extras are bigger parts you choose, like a new tap or light fitting, and we price them before we start.
What does a "from" price mean?
The price starts there and depends on what we find. We confirm the exact price after a look, before any work starts.
How do I pay?
By card on the day, or by bank transfer within 7 days. We email the invoice and receipt when the job is done.
Do evenings and weekends cost more?
Normal visits run Monday to Saturday at the same prices. Urgent call-outs between 7am and 10pm, any day, are £95 instead of £49.
