Elin Varga reads every enquiry herself. She will reply by email within two working days, usually with two or three questions about the site.
If it looks like a good fit, Maren Kerr will send you a link to book a first call, at the studio or on site.
Visit the studio
We are on the first floor of the old sail loft, two streets up from Netloft Quay. Ring the bell by the green door.
Visits are by appointment, so we can have your drawings out on the long table when you arrive.
Questions before you write
01Do you take on small projects?
Yes, if we can add something real. A kitchen, a loft or a single room can be a good place to start working together.
02How do your fees work?
We charge a fixed fee for each stage, agreed in writing before we start. You can stop after any stage and keep the drawings.
03Do you work outside Saltmere?
Most of our work is within a day of the studio, along the coast and inland. For sites further away, we will tell you honestly if we are the right fit.
04Can you help with planning permission?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and statements, talk to the planning office and keep you updated at each step.
